ÏãåúÖ±²¥Cultural Exchange, previously known as ÏãåúÖ±²¥Buddy Exchange Programme, encourages the reciprocal exchange across regions where ÏãåúÖ±²¥schools are located. The aim is to offer students with opportunity to experience a culture different from their own through a home stay and attending another ÏãåúÖ±²¥school for a month.
Learning outcomes
- Knowledge: Know about a range of cultures, traditions and history.
- Skills: I have developed my language and communication skills, cultural competence, autonomy and self-confidence.
- Understanding: Develop my understanding of individuals, communities and global issues using social awareness and empathy.
- Confidence: Grow my confidence in being immersed in a new culture and learning in new settings.
The 2022/23 Programme
This year, 32 students from 25 ÏãåúÖ±²¥Schools had the eye-opening opportunity of taking part in the BEP in 2022/23. Students gained confidence, independence and lifelong friends while immersing themselves in another culture and experiencing a new education system. Congratulations to everyone who took part!
