Our commitment to safeguarding

All post holders are subject to appropriate vetting procedures, including an online due diligence search, references and satisfactory Criminal Background Checks or equivalent covering the previous 10 years’ employment history.

We recognise the importance of our schools in their local communities. That’s why they retain their unique character, existing branding and bespoke curriculum offering when they join ISP. Teachers’ professional development

Our teachers have a huge impact on our students’ learning potential. By supporting our teachers to continuously master their skills, we also give ֱstudents the best learning experience.

We focus on two critical areas for teacher development:

  2. Teacher career wellbeing

To help our teachers progress, we offer a number of opportunities through the following initiatives:

  • Programmes for aspiring School Leaders and Teacher Specialists, such as Learning Coaches and Curriculum Coordinators
  • A teacher learning and self-evaluation process
  • Professional learning led by expert workshop leaders

Leadership professional development

Our range of Leadership for Learning Programmes are designed to support our current and emerging leaders. These include:

  • Opportunities to learn from and with colleagues across the world
  • Bespoke career development support, including coaching and mentoring
  • Role-specific leadership programmes
  • Aspirational programmes to grow and upskill our future leaders.

All of our Leadership for Learning Programmes have been accredited by the Continuing Professional Development Standards Office (CPDSO) in the UK.

The Learning Hub

The Learning Hub is a virtual space where all our employees can learn and develop together.

All the 100+ courses and resources available were built created in partnership with colleagues across the ֱgroup and industry experts. They are designed to support the needs of each local community or area of work.

When you join ISP, you’ll be able to access a range of professional development opportunities, connect with colleagues and learn from our collective experience and expertise – all through the Learning Hub.
